It's by appointment only, so call Eric and you'll find him very helpful and accommodating. From that first phone call to delivery by Tanner, every step of the process is easy. These guys were nearly more excited than we were to get us the right table for our price point. We certainly think we got more than we wanted and enjoyed the whole process. I doubt we'll be in the market for another pool table any time soon, but if anyone I meet is considering it, I would certainly recommend Sure Shot Billiards! read less

Showed us some of their beautiful tables and we quickly settled on a beautiful 8' Scottsdale, new felt, wall rack and cues. Price was unbelievable and the table looked brand new. Tanner and Jeff showed up a week later with our table and set it up in now time. The placed it exactly where we wanted it, leveled everything and had us up and running in no time. Tanner and Jeff were super friendly and outgoing and did a superb job. Thank you both for helping us purchase our first pool table and getting it all set up. We posted it and received a message from Sure Shot Billiards he worked with us to come to a price suitable for the table we had. They were patient polite and quick at reaponding. They worked around my very busy schedule. Today they came out took it apart payed us the amount we agreed on no questions asked. They are very reliable made us feel like friends not customers. They were very nice respectable men who understood our situation and even have us there best wishes. I would recommend you buying from them or selling to them. We really appreciate them an don't how good of people they are we thank them and if we ever want something in the future they will be the first people we call.
