These guys not only had the perfect table for me, but (knowing I'm an impatient person) bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. After meeting Tanner for 5 minutes, you feel like you've known him forever, and everything they did was the epitome of over delivering on their promises. I could not be happier with the table, setup, accessories, or price. They're all around the whole package, but again, their true stock in trade is that they care about, are excited for, and take immense pride in their product and instillation. We posted it and received a message from Sure Shot Billiards he worked with us to come to a price suitable for the table we had. They were patient polite and quick at reaponding. They worked around my very busy schedule. Today they came out took it apart payed us the amount we agreed on no questions asked. They are very reliable made us feel like friends not customers. They were very nice respectable men who understood our situation and even have us there best wishes. I would recommend you buying from them or selling to them. We really appreciate them an don't how good of people they are we thank them and if we ever want something in the future they will be the first people we call. We called the number after hours and received a call back the same evening from Eric, the owner in regards to the questions we had. He invited us to come in the next day and work with Jeffery on the table we were looking for. We met with Jeffery, he was very informative and patient with all of our questions. We purchased the table. Jeffery and Tanner set up the delivery and install and arrive less than a week of our visit to the showroom. They were an amazing breathe of fresh air in regards to the service they provided. They worked with us on the placement of the table, as I initially thought to place it diagonally, however through working through the opportunities this may caused decided to place it length wise in the room. They explained everything they were doing, were respectful of our home and time. They could not have made the experience any better. We had an issue with one of the short sticks and in calling Tanner he ensured he would take care of the issue. Last night, I received two new shorts sticks and the bridge, totally unexpected and a symbol of the level of service provided to ensure a truly satisfied customer. One of the best experiences we have been involved in! We appreciate the team and if we are ever in the need of changing out our table or getting another one we will certainly go back to Sure Shot. If you are in the market for a table or accessories, these are the people to see, you will be delighted! read less
